However, under certain circumstances, returns, replacements, and refunds may be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Return Eligibility Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request a return or replacement within <strong>7 days<\/strong> from the date of receiving the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Eligible Reasons for Return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns or replacements may be accepted under the following circumstances:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product is damaged upon delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You received the wrong product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product has a manufacturing defect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The delivered product is different from what was ordered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Mandatory Unboxing Video<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To request a return, replacement, or refund, customers <strong>must record a continuous, uncut unboxing video<\/strong> starting from the unopened package until the product is completely unpacked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The unboxing video must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearly show the sealed package before opening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Record the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearly show the condition of the product and all items received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Claims for damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective products may be rejected if a valid uncut unboxing video is not provided.<\/strong> This requirement helps us verify claims fairly and protect both the customer and TrendCart from fraudulent requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used products or products returned without their original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns requested due to a change of mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened perfumes, personal care products, or other hygiene-sensitive items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certain electronic or electrical products covered only under the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Return Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unused.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All accessories, manuals, and the original invoice\/bill must be included.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The returned product will be inspected before approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the returned product has been received and approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be processed within <strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The refund will be issued to the original payment method or another mutually agreed payment method.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Replacement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the product is available in stock, a replacement will be provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Return Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), <strong>TrendCart<\/strong> will bear the return shipping cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Offline Store Purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Products purchased from our physical store can be returned only upon presenting the original purchase invoice. Returns or replacements are subject to product inspection and the store&#8217;s return policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10.
